(Optional) New pledges or apportionments can be imported from an Excel file. First, you would use the Export Excel Interface File as described below. Modify this file with the pledge information as needed. Then use the Import Excel Interface File as described below.
Export Excel Interface File
Use this option to create a file in the format necessary for importing the pledges. See Import Excel Interface File below.
- Choose the Export Format:
- Annual Pledge Only (prorated by pledge percentages on company preferences). Columns Included:
- Show All Activities (if 'Can pledge be made?' is checked on the activity). Columns Included:
- Click the Export Excel File button to create and save the file.
Import Excel Interface File
Enter the required pledge information to be applied to all imported entries. Upon completion, you will be notified if there are any records not able to be imported.
- Enter the required pledge information:
- Choose XLSX file: This is the file created using the Export Excel Interface File option.
- Click the Import Excel File button to import the pledges.
