Void Remittance

Use this utility to void a remittance.

  1. Choose the Church from the search.
  2. Choose the Check # from the search.
  3. Choose the Payment Date.
  4. Type the Amount.
  5. Click Add to Grid to proceed.

 

Remittance Edit Report

Print a Void Remittance Edit Report to verify your entries. It is very important to check the list thoroughly for any mistakes made during the entry process.

  1. Click the button to generate the report.

Report Preferences

  1. Change Appearance?
  2. Report Options:
    • Print Notes?
    • Print Setup Information?
    • Print In Sequence Entered
  1. If you have changed the selected options, click the Run Report button to display an updated report preview. You may also click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their initial values.
  2. Once the preview displays, navigate the pages, export to several formats (e.g., PDF, Excel, Word), and Print. Click Report Preferences on the blue bar above the report preview to return to Report Preferences.
  3. Click the Close Report button when finished to return to the Transaction Inquiry page.

Important: Make any needed edits before you Void Remittance.

 

Void Remittance

The final procedure voids the remittances to the donor record and sends entries to the General Ledger.

  1. Click the button to generate a Remittance Finalized Report.

Report Preferences

  1. If you have changed the selected options, click the Run Report button to display an updated report preview. You may also click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their initial values.
  2. Once the preview displays, navigate the pages, export to several formats (e.g., PDF, Excel, Word), and Print. Click Report Preferences on the blue bar above the report preview to return to the Report Preferences page.
  3. Click the Close Report button when finished to return to the Transaction Inquiry page.

Make any needed edits before you finalize the post.

  1. Click the button to continue the finalization process.
  2. Click OK to continue and complete the finalization process.
