Modify Company Preferences

The Company Preferences page allows you to add and modify various company-related information.

General Tab

Complete the following as appropriate:

1. Interface with General Ledger?
2. Post Batches as Separate Journal Entries?
3. Last Receipt Number Used

Gift Ranges Tab

Specify the gift range from and to:

1. To add a new row, type an amount in the last field under the To column and press the Tab key.
2. To remove a row, change the amount to $0 under the To column and press the Tab key. See the example below.

Note: The Analysis Report that these summary totals affect will be available in a future release.

Media Tab

Click Add New Line to add the various media types used to promote giving. See the examples below.

Columnar Report Headings Tab

Click Add New Line to add the various column headings. See the examples below.

Note: The Columnar Report that these headings affect will be available in a future release.

1. Click the button to save any information that has been added or changed.
2. Click the Reset link to restore the page to its state before any changes were made.
3. Click the Cancel link to leave the page without saving any changes and return to the previous page.
