Modify Relationship Types

Relationships allows you to define the relationships between your organization and churches.

Relationship Type Grid

Relationship Types are listed in a grid below the Add New Type link. The Description field displays on the grid.

  1. Click the Edit icon to edit a Relationship.
  2. Click the Delete icon to remove the Relationship from the system.

 

Add New Type

  1. Click Add New Relationship Type to add a new Relationship Type.
  2. Enter a Name for the Relationship Type (e.g., Pastor, Treasurer).
  3. (Optional) Choose an Inverse Relationship from the drop-down list.
    • If left empty (default), the relationship is assigned to the donor only.
    • If an Inverse Relationship is selected, the relationship is assigned to the donor and the inverse relationship is assigned to the other record.
  4. Click Apply to save and continue adding new types, or click OK to save and return to the grid.
  5. Click Cancel to return to the grid without saving.
