Modify Columnar Report Setup

The Columnar Report allows you to customize your own report by specifying the columns and information to be included in those columns.

Filters

You have access to the following Filters:

1. Columnar Report Name: This is the name of the report.
2. Column Type to Include?:
   • Show All Types
   • Purposes
   • Motivations
   • Medias
   • Column Headings
   • Projects

Click the Search button to display results, or the Clear Filters link to reset all filters.

Columnar Report Setup Information Grid

The Columnar Reports Information grid contains the following columns for each report:

1. Column Type:
2. Name:
3. Last Run By:
4. Last Run:

Click the Edit icon or double-click any record in the grid to edit that record. You can also click the Add New link to add a new report.

Columnar Report Setup Information Update

Type the Name of the report.

General Tab

1. Include Gifts Received as SubDonot?:
2. Print Name?:
3. Print Address:
4. Print City, State, and Postal Code?:
5. Print Social Security Number?:
6. Print Record ID?:
7. Print Envelope Number?:
8. Print Area?:
9. Print Region?:
10. Print District?:
11. Print Blank Line Between Records?:
12. Column Type to Include:
13. Currency Format:

Columns Tab

Type the Column Heading: A description.

1. Calculation Formula:
2. Select All, Deselect All, or Select Individually:
3. Giving or Pledge:
4. Beginning Date to date:
5. Ending Date to date:

Type the Column Heading B description.

1. Calculation Formula:
2. Select All, Deselect All, or Select Individually:
3. Giving or Pledge:
4. Beginning Date to date:
5. Ending Date to date:

Sort Tab

Page Break on first sort field?

Available Options: Either click and drag or click the arrows to move options to or from the Available Options or Selected Options panel.

1. City:
2. State:
3. Alternate ID:
4. Envelope Number:
5. Area:
6. Region:
7. District:

Save/Cancel

When finished, click the Update button to save any information that has been added or changed, the Reset link to return the page to its state before any changes were made, or the Cancel link to leave the page without saving and return to the previous page.
