The Statement of Functional Expense Audit is designed to meet auditors' needs. Multiple report type views are available.
Note: this report only shows accounts that had activity between the first period of the selected fiscal year and the selected period in Current Financial Settings (top right).
Options
- Complete the following options as needed:
- Change Appearance?: select the checkbox to change the font type and size. A drop-down option controls the white space between columns by percentage.

- Report Name

- # Decimals for Percents: choose from the drop-down list.
- Print Whole Dollars?
- Print In Landscape?

Export: these options depend on the Report Type selected.

Report
- Click Run Report to generate a preview. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click the Clear Preferences link to reset all report preferences to their default values if needed.
- Click Close Report to return to the dashboard.
