Compensation Information Report

The Compensation Information report allows you to print the information set up in Modify Compensation Information.

 

Options

Complete the following options as needed.

  1. Change Appearance?: Check the box to change the font type and size. A dropdown is also available to control the white space between columns by a percentage.
  2. Report Options:
    • All Compensations
    • Compensations with Distributions

 

Report

  1. Click the Run Report button to generate a preview of the report. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click the Clear Preferences link to reset all report preferences to their default values if needed.
  2. Click the Close Report button to return to the dashboard.

 

Report Output

For each compensation, the report displays the following general information.

  1. Description (in gray bar)
  2. Non-Cash Compensation
  3. Ministers Only
  4. Regular Pay Only
  5. Subject to (tax) information

In the Distributions section, each distribution is listed along with all of the General Ledger account information.
