The Employee Earnings Report allows you to print earnings information for all or selected employees.
Filters
- Complete the following filters as needed.
- Check Date: additional date filters may appear depending on the option you choose.
- Complete the following filters as needed.
- Employees
- Home Department
- Check Types
Options
- Complete the following options as needed.
- Change Appearance?: check the box to change the font type and size. A drop-down option is also available to control white space between columns by a percentage.
- Banded Rows?
- Report Type
- Report Options
- Include Zero Amount Checks
- Print Social Security Number
- Export to Excel
Note: For Print Social Security Number, you can choose Yes, No, or Mask (****-**-1234).
Report
- Click Run Report to generate a preview of the report. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click Clear Preferences to reset all report preferences to their default values if needed.
- Click Close Report to return to the dashboard.
