Deduction Information Report

The Deduction Information report displays the settings configured in Modify Deduction Information.

Options

  1. Complete the following options as needed:
    • Change Appearance?: Check this box to change the font type and size. A drop-down option controls the white space between columns by percentage.
    • Report Options: Select one of the following:
      • All Deductions
      • Deductions with Distributions

 

Report

  1. Click Run Report to generate a preview. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click Clear Preferences to reset all report preferences to their default values.
  2. For each deduction, the following information is displayed:
    • Description (in gray bar)
    • Subject to (tax) information
    • Distributions with General Ledger account information

In the Distributions section, each distribution is listed with its General Ledger account information.

  1. Click Close Report to return to the dashboard.
