The Employee Labels report allows you to print out labels for your employees.
Filters
- Complete the following filters as needed.
Note: For all date filters, select a date option. Additional date filters may appear depending on the option chosen.
- Specific Selection: Causes the report to select employees who meet ALL specified criteria. When this option is blank, employees meeting any specified criteria are selected.
Options
- Complete the following options as needed.
- Change Appearance?: Check the box to change the font type and size. A drop-down option also controls the white space between columns by a percentage.
- Label Options:
- Address Types: Select the address type to display from the drop-down list.
- Label Format: The dimensions for each label are given by the label type in the drop-down list.
Report
- Click Run Report to generate a preview. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click Clear Preferences to reset all report preferences to their default values.
- Click Close Report to return to the dashboard.
