The Pledge List report displays Church, Year Activity, Begin, End, Pledge Amount, Received Amount, and Remittance Amount.

Filters

Complete the following filters as needed.

1. Churches To Print:
2. Area: Choose from the dropdown list.
3. Region: Choose from the dropdown list.
4. District: Choose from the dropdown list.
5. Activities: Choose from the dropdown list.
6. Remittance Date: Choose from the dropdown list.
   • Today
   • Last 7 Days
   • Month to Date
   • Year to Date
   • Previous Month
   • Specific
   • Less than or equal
   • Greater than or equal
   • Range
7. Include Inactive Pledges?

Options

Complete the following options as needed.

1. Change Appearance?: Check the box to change the font type and size. A dropdown is also available to control the white space between columns by a percentage.
2. Banded Rows?
3. Report Format:
   • Summary
   • Monthly
4. Sort Order:
   • Name
   • Alternate ID
   • Area
   • Region
   • District
5. Choose up to four sub sorts.
6. Page Break On First Sort?

Report

1. Click the Run Report button to generate a preview of the report. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click the Clear Preferences link to reset all report preferences to their default values if needed.
2. Click the Close Report button to return to the dashboard.
