Conference Summary Report

The Conference Summary Report displays the Activity, Apportionment Annually, Apportionment Monthly, Receipts Annually, Receipts This Month, Remittance Amount, and % Paid.

Filters

  1. Complete the following filters as needed:
    • Begin Date
    • End Date
    • Area
    • Region
    • District
    • Activities To Include:
    • Include Negative Balances?: Checking this box includes all remittances on the report, even remittances that overpaid a pledge.
    • Include Inactive Pledges?

 

Options

  1. Complete the following options as needed:
    • Change Appearance?: check the box to change the font type and size. A drop-down also controls the white space between the columns by a percentage.
    • Banded Rows?
    • Statement Date
    • Show?

 

Report

  1. Click the Run Report button to generate a preview of the report. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click the Clear Preferences link to reset all of your report preferences to their default values if needed.
  2. Click the Close Report button to return to the dashboard.
