The Organization Listing report displays the organization name, charge, members, handicap access, and whether it is a lead organization. Several filtering options are available, including District and Charge.
Filters
- Complete the following options as needed:
- Organization: Type the first part of an organization name or enter a partial name with asterisks. For example, to search for Goodlett Farms Christian Church, enter "Goodlett", "Goodlett Farms", "*Farms*", or "*Christian Church".
- City: Enter a partial or whole city name.
- State: Select the state from the drop-down list, or type the first letter of the state. Press the first letter repeatedly to scroll through states starting with that letter.
- District: Select a district from the drop-down list. This filters on the district assigned to the charge that is assigned to the organization.
- Charge: Select a charge from the drop-down list. This filters on the charge assigned to the organization.
- Lead: Select to include all organizations, only lead organizations, or only non-lead organizations from the drop-down list.
Options
- Complete the following options as needed:
- Change Appearance?: Check this box to change the font type and size. A drop-down option controls the white space between columns by percentage.
- Banded Rows?
Report
- Click Run Report to generate a preview. Refer to the Report Preview help page for more information. Click Clear Preferences to reset all report preferences to their default values.
- Click Close Report to return to the dashboard.
