New Accounting staff users receive an email invitation to join Ministry Brands Amplify. This article walks through accepting the invitation, creating a password, setting up multi-factor authentication, and logging in to access the Accounting platform for the first time.
Accept Your Invitation and Create a Password
- Open the invitation email and select Accept Invitation.
- Enter a password that meets the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters
- 1 number
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 special character (@#$%^*)
- Enter the same password in the Confirm Password field.
- Select Done.
Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication
- Select a multi-factor authentication method:
- Google Authenticator App, or similar
- SMS
- Security Key
- Enter the verification code provided by your chosen MFA method to complete your account setup.
Note: SMS sends a text message to the entered mobile phone number, containing a verification code to complete sign-in. Authenticator Apps can be downloaded from the Apple or Google Play Store. Security Keys must be purchased from a third party. Ministry Brands does not provide Security Keys.
Access the Accounting Dashboard
After verification, the system navigates to the Amplify dashboard. New Accounting staff users see a yellow Accounting tile on this screen.
- Select the Accounting tile.
- The system navigates to the Accounting platform, where the dashboard and available modules display.
